Our Biscotti are made with flour, baking powder, salt, butter, eggs and sugar. That’s it! We do not use any additives, preservatives or any artificial ingredients! Some of our biscotti contain some or all of the following; Almonds, Anise-seed, Chocolate Chips, Cocoa powder, Cranberries, Hazelnuts and Walnuts.

They are made fresh and vacuum sealed the same day! This method keeps our biscotti fresh for several months, up to a year, (as if they could be resisted that long). Once removed from the vacuum seal, store in a sealed container and they will stay fresh for several weeks. I can smell the espresso already! Enjoy!

A one pound box of biscotti contains between eight and eleven biscotti.

Anise Chocolate Chip
Very traditional tasting biscotti. Great with espresso! Anise and chocolate chips blend together very well, to make this a very popular variety!
